Introduction

Welcome to Zenti Jets ("Zenti Jets", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, your submission of quotation requests, your communications with us, and any services provided by Zenti Jets. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, communicating with us, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not use our website or services.

Our Services

Zenti Jets is an independent private aviation concierge and aircraft charter brokerage service. We do not own, lease, operate, manage, maintain, control, or crew aircraft, nor do we provide air transportation services ourselves. Our role is limited to sourcing aircraft availability, obtaining quotations from appropriately licensed third-party aircraft operators, facilitating communications between clients and operators, and assisting throughout the booking process. All flights are operated solely by independent aircraft operators who retain full operational control of their aircraft and are responsible for complying with all applicable aviation laws, regulations, licensing requirements, insurance obligations, and safety standards.

Quotations

All quotations supplied by Zenti Jets are provided in good faith based upon information received from third-party aircraft operators and are subject to aircraft availability, operational approval, pricing adjustments, airport charges, fuel costs, taxation, handling fees, repositioning costs, crew availability, regulatory requirements, and any other operational factors beyond our control. A quotation does not constitute a reservation, guarantee, or confirmed booking and may be amended or withdrawn by the operator at any time prior to written confirmation. Aircraft availability cannot be guaranteed until the operator has accepted the booking and all required payments have been received.

Bookings

A booking shall only become binding once the selected aircraft operator has formally accepted the booking, written confirmation has been issued, any required documentation has been completed, and all applicable deposits or payments have been received in cleared funds. Until these requirements have been satisfied, neither Zenti Jets nor the aircraft operator shall have any obligation to provide the requested flight.

Our Responsibility

Zenti Jets acts solely as an independent intermediary between clients and licensed aircraft operators and does not exercise operational control over any aircraft or flight. Accordingly, Zenti Jets accepts no responsibility or liability for flight delays, cancellations, schedule amendments, aircraft substitutions, technical faults, mechanical failures, maintenance issues, adverse weather conditions, airport closures, air traffic control restrictions, crew availability, operational decisions, passenger injuries, baggage loss or damage, loss of personal belongings, customs or immigration delays, visa requirements, denied boarding, quarantine requirements, missed business meetings, missed connections, accommodation costs, ground transportation costs, financial losses, business interruption, loss of profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or connected with any flight arranged through our services. Responsibility for the operation of the aircraft, the safety of passengers and crew, and compliance with all aviation regulations remains solely with the licensed aircraft operator.

Third-Party Operators

All flights arranged through Zenti Jets are performed exclusively by independent third-party aircraft operators who hold the licences, certifications, approvals, and insurance required under the laws of the jurisdictions in which they operate. Zenti Jets does not supervise, direct, or control the performance of these operators and cannot guarantee the quality, availability, suitability, or performance of any operator or aircraft. Any contractual relationship relating to the operation of the flight exists solely between the client and the aircraft operator, and Zenti Jets shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, breach of contract, misconduct, insolvency, or failure to perform on the part of any operator or third-party supplier.

Operator Terms

Clients acknowledge and agree that each aircraft operator may require the execution of its own charter agreement and may impose additional contractual terms relating to payment, cancellation, passenger conduct, baggage, insurance, operational procedures, liability, and safety requirements. By proceeding with any booking, the client agrees to comply with all applicable operator terms and acknowledges that the operator's operational and safety requirements shall prevail wherever necessary.

Payments

Payment requirements shall be communicated during the booking process and may include deposits, interim payments, or payment in full before departure. Time shall be of the essence in respect of all payment obligations. Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking without further notice. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, all banking charges, foreign exchange costs, taxes, government levies, credit card processing fees, and other transaction costs shall be borne by the client.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary between aircraft operators and will depend upon the specific terms applicable to each booking. Any cancellation charges, administration fees, or deductions shall be determined by the operator's published terms or charter agreement. Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the operator's policies, and Zenti Jets shall have no liability for the amount, timing, or availability of any refund arising from the cancellation of a booking.

Passenger Responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all passenger information supplied to Zenti Jets is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each passenger is responsible for holding a valid passport, obtaining any necessary visas or travel authorisations, complying with all customs, immigration, health, security, and quarantine requirements, arriving at the designated departure location within the timeframe specified by the operator, complying with all lawful instructions given by the flight crew, and ensuring that all personal belongings and baggage comply with applicable legal and operational restrictions. Any failure to satisfy these requirements may result in refusal of carriage without refund.

Baggage and Dangerous Goods

The carriage of baggage shall remain subject to aircraft weight limitations, available baggage capacity, safety considerations, and the approval of the aircraft operator. Passengers must not transport prohibited, hazardous, illegal, or dangerous goods except where expressly authorised in advance by the operator and permitted by applicable law. The aircraft operator reserves the absolute right to refuse the carriage of any baggage, cargo, or item considered unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable for transport.

Operational Changes

The client acknowledges that private aviation operations are subject to operational requirements that may necessitate changes to departure times, arrival times, aircraft type, airport selection, routing, technical stops, crew scheduling, or other operational arrangements. Such changes do not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give rise to any claim against Zenti Jets.

Force Majeure

Zenti Jets shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, government action, changes in law, airport closures, air traffic restrictions, industrial disputes, fuel shortages, war, terrorism, civil unrest, cyber incidents, security threats, technical failures, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zenti Jets excludes all liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity, reputational damage, loss of revenue, accommodation costs, transportation costs, or any other economic loss arising from or relating to the use of our website or services. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the total liability of Zenti Jets shall in no event exceed the amount of any brokerage or service fee actually retained by Zenti Jets in relation to the relevant booking.

Website Information

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure that the information contained on our website is accurate and up to date, all information is provided for general guidance only. Aircraft photographs, specifications, cabin layouts, performance data, amenities, pricing examples, availability information, and other content are illustrative and may vary from the actual aircraft provided. Zenti Jets makes no representation or warranty regarding the completeness, reliability, accuracy, or availability of any information published on the website.

Privacy

By submitting an enquiry or booking request, you consent to Zenti Jets collecting, storing, processing, and sharing your personal information where reasonably necessary for the provision of our services. Such information may be disclosed to aircraft operators, airports, handling agents, customs authorities, immigration authorities, payment providers, legal advisers, insurers, regulatory bodies, and other service providers involved in arranging or facilitating your requested flight. Personal information shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Zenti Jets website, including but not limited to text, logos, trademarks, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, software, website design, layout, source code, and other intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of Zenti Jets or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, transmitted, or otherwise exploited without our prior written consent.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zenti Jets, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, legal fees, or demands arising directly or indirectly from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your provision of inaccurate or misleading information, your breach of any applicable law or regulation, your conduct whilst travelling, or any claim brought by a third party arising from your actions or omissions.

Amendments

Zenti Jets reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time you submit your quotation request or booking enquiry shall apply to your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zenti Jets is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by Zenti Jets shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Acceptance of these Terms

By submitting a quotation request, making a booking enquiry, communicating with Zenti Jets, or otherwise using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have carefully read these Terms & Conditions, understand their contents, agree to be legally bound by them, acknowledge that Zenti Jets acts solely as an independent aviation concierge and intermediary, and accept that responsibility for the operation, safety, maintenance, insurance, and regulatory compliance of any flight rests solely with the licensed aircraft operator performing that flight.
