Privacy Policy

This notice explains what personal information Zenti Jets Ltd collects when you request a quotation, travel with us, or apply to work with us as a charter operator, and what your rights are under UK data protection law.

01

Who we are

Zenti Jets Ltd (trading as Zenti Jets) is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17351197, with a registered office at Unit 82A, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. For any question about your information, or to exercise your rights, write to zenticoncierge@outlook.com.

02

Information we collect from clients

When you request a quotation we collect your name, the contact details you give us (email address, telephone number or messaging handle), your preferred contact method, and the details of the journey you are asking about: departure and destination points, date and time, number of passengers, aircraft preference, luggage, whether pets are travelling, and any notes you add. If a booking proceeds we also hold the confirmed itinerary, the price agreed, passenger names required for the flight documentation, and our correspondence with you.

03

Information we collect from charter operators

Operators who apply to work with us provide company details, the name and contact details of their representative, fleet information, and compliance documents such as the Air Operator Certificate, aircraft registration, insurance certificates, safety statements, pilot licensing and maintenance records. We also hold the cooperation agreement, its electronic signature record (typed name, position, date, time and IP address), and the history of quotes and bookings placed with them.

04

Information collected automatically

Our website records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit, so that the site works correctly and can be kept secure. We use only the cookies and local storage needed for the site to function, including remembering your chosen language and currency. We do not use advertising cookies or sell any browsing data.

05

Why we use your information

We use client information to prepare quotations, to source aircraft from charter operators, to contact you about your request, to arrange and administer bookings, to send booking confirmations and payment instructions, and to keep records required for accounting, insurance and safety purposes. We use operator information to verify that a company is properly licensed and insured, to issue and administer the cooperation agreement, and to allocate charter opportunities.

06

Our lawful bases

We rely on the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, when we handle a quotation or booking. We rely on our legitimate interests in running a charter brokerage safely and efficiently, including operator vetting, fraud prevention and record keeping. We rely on legal obligation where aviation, tax or anti-money-laundering rules require us to hold information. Where we send marketing, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

07

Who we share information with

To arrange a flight we share the minimum necessary details with the charter operator selected for that flight, which may include passenger names required for the general declaration and manifest. We do not release your contact details to operators, and operators are contractually prohibited from contacting you directly. We also use trusted service providers for email delivery, messaging, hosting and database services, who act on our instructions only. We never sell personal information.

08

International transfers

Private aviation is international by nature. Where a flight is operated outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, the operator and the relevant airport authorities in that country will receive the information needed to carry out and clear the flight. Where our service providers process information outside the United Kingdom, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses to protect it.

09

How long we keep it

Quotation requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 24 months so we can respond to follow-up enquiries. Booking records, invoices and related correspondence are kept for seven years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Operator compliance documents and signed agreements are kept for the duration of the relationship and for seven years afterwards. We delete or anonymise information once these periods end.

10

Keeping information secure

Access to our systems is restricted to authorised people, protected by individual accounts and role-based permissions. Operator documents are stored in private storage and can only be opened through short-lived signed links. Data is encrypted in transit. If a breach affecting your rights occurs, we will notify you and the Information Commissioner's Office as required by law.

11

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask for information to be deleted or its use restricted, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to receive certain information in a portable format, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

12

Marketing and messaging

We contact you about a request you have made using the method you chose. Where you have asked to be contacted by WhatsApp or telephone, we use those channels only for that purpose. Any wider marketing is sent only with your consent, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

13

We may update this notice as our services change. The version number and effective date at the top of this page show when it was last revised. This is version 1.0, effective 30 August 2026.
